Best mags for your money

I keep forgetting to link to my MSNBC articles and Test Pattern entries, but here's one I did on the best magazines for your money.

I could have gone on and on about magazines -- it's one of my favorite topics -- but I decided to keep it to five.

I never expected to see Texas Monthly on your list, but I was so happy to see it! I haven't lived in Texas for years, but I grew up there, and it's a great read when I'm homesick. Also, how can you beat their annual "Bum Steer Awards?"
