My son got involved in a Zombie group when he started college this fall in Grand Rapids, Michigan. At Halloween, there was an enormous Zombie Walk, when the Grand Rapids folks tried to beat the record held by Pittsburgh. In addition to just being tons of fun, the Zombie Walk also collected thousands of canned goods for area food banks (zombies may eat brains, but they know that humans need real food).
