Very weird... and very inappropriate (can you say "corrupting the morals of a minor"?)...
In comics and cartoons, nudity can pop up in the most unlikely places -- especially since these had to pass the review of censors. I remember a cartoon or two from the '60s that featured people running around naked or nearly so.
