She did it best, and much more briefly, in Dead By Sunset. I was hoping her switch (return) to serial killers with her book about the Green River Killer signified that she was getting tired of the story she details in her previous two single-narrative books And Never Let Her Go and Every Breath You Take. Instead, she's returned to more of the same. I'd like to see more books like Bitter Harvest, which I think is her best, not to mention I wish someone had the authority to edit her books with a machete and cut them down to half their size. <BR/>The true-crime author I find as good a writer as Ann Rule who covers a much broader variety of topics is Aphrodite Jones. Della's Web does some interesting things with the storyline without jeopardizing the reader's understanding and calling attention to itself.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
