Yep, as you saw if you watched Monday Night Football, it snowed here in Seattle today. Not anything like what I'm used to in Minnesota, but snow nonetheless. It also hailed, and the hail looked just like white-chocolate chips. No, really.
Seattle kids are unaccustomed to seeing SOLIDS falling from the sky -- they're used to liquids -- so within minutes every kid on my block was outside dancing around in it. I think I even heard one kid riding his Big Wheel up and down the sidewalk in the snow. The true sign of a kid who never grew up in a place that regularly dipped to -30 and has never learned to fear winter.
