So almost everyone who works in an office knows the drill: A luckier-than-you co-worker goes to Hawaii and brings back a box of Hawaiian Host macademia nuts dipped in chocolate. They kind of look like ... feet, and are packed in boxes with little individual beds for them to test in. They're delightful and horrible for you.
Well now you don't have to wait for that co-worker to go to Waikiki -- you can buy
Hershey's Kisses with macademia nut filling. Just had one, and they're damn yummy. Apparently they've been out for years, but I've never seen nor heard of them before. Aloha!

When I was in Hawaii last year, I visited the Mauna Loa macadamia plantation, and they had these for sale. The guide pointed them out and noted that they are "the most expensive Hershey's Kisses" you can buy and that they are seldom shipped to the mainland US.
