Kelly isn't too into pancakes, even when restaurants shape them like bears or Mickey Mouse and dress them up with faces, but if I were a kid, I think I would love Confetti Pancakes.

I'm one of those weirdos who thinks plain ol' pancakes with butter and maple syrup (preferably the real thing) are one of the best foods ever. Maybe *the* best...
