ZIP it

I love this: A hack of Google Maps that lets you type in any ZIP code, and it will draw it out on a map for you.

Because I seriously have always wondered what the crazy-ass borders of some ZIP codes were, and I still resent New Brighton/Arden Hills snatching my childhood ZIP code of 55112 away from us (we'd already moved out, but still).

Try it out! See for yourself exactly how tiny an area 90210 encompasses! You know you want to.

Hilarious. That's exactly the zip code I typed in, Gael. Shame it doesn't work with Canadian postal codes...

I typed in my own zip code first (90036) and it makes 90210 look big by comparison! I guess there are just a lot of people in LA.
