The smell of victory

Sure, Marshmallow Peeps milk is getting all the attention, but we're forgetting the already established Marshmallow Peeps Yankee Candle, dammit.

I serve mine in my dishwasher-safe Bacon Bowls

And now there is such a thing as Marshmallow Peep-flavored milk .

Includes Egg Nog flavor, because it's always Christmas somewhere.

Seems like you'd need awfully small hands to milk a Peep, but then what do I know, my dad had only beef cattle.

Sadly/gladly, depending on your homeland:"PEEPS® milk is only available in the following Mid-western states: IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, MS, TN, SE WI, E IOWA and SW OH."

Friends in those states, you know what to do. (Move!)

Take that, Japan

If there are dishwasher-safe Bacon Bowls to be made, America will make them, dammit.

Really?

Wow, I thought these were just a joke for the Amazon reviews...

Mint Sprite

Wow. I am imagining Mint Sprite (Asia only) tasting like liquid toothpaste.

Bring a pencil to rewind!

I love this so, so much that I cross-posted it to GenXtinct (remember our book blog? yeah, I started posting there again). An iPhone cover that looks JUST like a cassette tape.

Cookies and pizza

I actually don't think this is a terrible marketing idea. Papa Murphy's, the take-n-bake pizza place, offers up cookie dough as a side order with its pizzas...they figure you have your oven on anyway, so...

Cold as ice

So I found this on the clearance rack at Marshall's and bought it for Kelly, because I loved my Easy-Bake Oven, and the little cakes were not actually half bad.

But this one cooks with ICE, not a light bulb. The mix has gelatin in it, I guess, and just like you have to put Jello in the fridge to let it set, you ice up this oven and then put the cakes in there to chill up.

And they're awful. Like melted plastic meets...I dunno, more melted plastic?

I'm gonna have to splurge for the real thing, with the light bulb, aren't I?

Here comes the queen and king-to-be

Aw, a Royal Wedding playset for Kate and William's wedding.

Whoever made it was British, and it shows--there's a corgi, though really there should have been a whole herd.

Christmas food ornaments

Christmas food ornaments!

We have the pickle ornament. I've heard that it's really not a German thing, but Kelly still got a huge kick out of us hiding it on the tree and having her race back into the room and find it.

I kinda love the PB&J ornament though.

Does anybody really know what time it is?

This LEGO alarm clock is cute, but why is it $52 at Amazon vs. $15 at Radio Shack? I hate going into a Radio Shack too, but not $37 much.

Rocket pops!

We always called them Bomb Pops, but same deal.

Here's the story...

Brady Bunch wall clock! From Stupid.com, a great online pop-culture store, where I bought my poster of uncut Wacky Packs.

What time is it? It's a quarter to Marcia.

Everybody in the pool!

Weirdest pool toys from the SkyMall catalog. Is it wrong that I want the mermaid tail?

Cherry chomper

I've linked to this before, but now that it's cherry season, I had to hype the Cherry Chomper I bought last year. It's cute, cheap, and takes the pit out perfectly every time!

Broccoli purse

Kelly is just 2 1/2, but she LOVES broccoli. She calls the tree across the street from our house "the broccoli tree." I wonder what she'd think of this purse?

Obama O's!

Obama O's! Hope in every bowl! (Warning: music.)

Apparently they also had Cap'n McCain's...
