PETA has a bunch of questions and answers about how to utilize companies and products that don't test on animals. I'm not vegetarian or vegan, but I admire the principles.
I found some of the questions and answers on this list kind of shocking, though. Apparently film, including movie film, contains gelatin, made from animals, and while "PETA doesn't actively campaign against watching movies or taking photographs," they're obviously kinda squirmy about it. Fascinating.
