Rob about drove me nuts in Japan one day trying to track down a McDonald's because he'd heard they had shrimp McNuggets, which they did. They were not, however, very good.

But I do like this Business Week slideshow of McDonald's food in Japan, including a shrimp burger and a troubling looking Pita Mac covered in some kind of weird sauce.
