I almost made this beautiful tri-color Jello dessert for July 4, but instead I just bought three kinds of berries and whipped up some cream for them.
The cream kind of turned into a dessert all its own--people were dipping Cheetos and Doritos into it and just eating it off their fingers.
But I may end up making this dessert next year. It's just lovely, no matter what you think of Jello.
