Brownies, anyone?


I finally, after much lusting, bought the Bakers Edge brownie pan, which makes a cool zig-zag of all-edge brownies (though I don't have anything against soft brownie middles, you understand). Rob made brownies in it tonight, using his favorite recipe (off the Bakers Chocolate box), and they were quite delightful.


And apparently you can also use it for lasagna, mac and cheese, and more!

Cool! Although, I think this device would appeal to me MORE for lasagna and mac and cheese than for brownies...I'm generally an inside brownie girl.

I'm anxiously awaiting mine...I totally brownie edges. that it makes lasagna too is just icing on the cake!
