Cereal that giggles

I swear I remember this cereal from the 1970s, anyone else?

Whoever thought a good, catchy cereal name would be Grins & Smiles & Giggles & Laughs? Really, they couldn't just pick one or two of those words?

Someone is selling a box on eBay and they explain the weird art on the box this way: "The workers (are) Giggles the woman, Grins the man in brown suit, Laughs the man in the blue suit and Smiles in the green suit. They all had to make Cecil the machine laugh so he would spit out the cereal boxes. STRANGE, but it sold cereal for a few years and that’s what counted."

I do! In fact, my mom still has on her fridge one of the magnets that came inside the cereal box! It's very very yellowed and is of the guy in the brown suit, who is Grins. I think. How funny, thanks for the memories!

That was a bit before my time (sorry, Gael), but the name reminded me of Giggles cookies. Here's a picture of them:

After reading the title, I knew immediately that you were talking about Grins Smiles Giggles and Laughs cereal. I loved the escalation of the ideas and the rhythm of the words as a kid, and dimly recall something about being able to hear the laughter of the cereal after pouring milk on it (though this could be a conflation with Rice Krispies). The over-the-top name of the cereal was better than the taste, unfortunately.

I still have the magnet with Cecil, the Robot. I couldn't live without this cereal when I was little!
