I've become addicted to "Ace of Cakes," about baker Duff Goldman and his Baltimore-based cake-decorating crew at Charm City Cakes.
But apparently right here, in Redmond, Wash., where I work, there lives Mike's Amazing Cakes, which has some incredibly impressive sculpture-like cakes. I can't imagine splurging on one of them, but I sure love looking through the gallery of photos.

Mike is awesome. He often appears on Food Network cake challenges. He made one for a Disney challenge, of Captain Hook trying to escape the crocodile that was just incredible.
