I caught the second "Bridget Jones" movie the other day (I like the books SO much more than the films, by the way), and it made me curious enough to look her up in Wikipedia.
Turns out Bridget's creator took Bridget's life even further in her newspaper column in the UK, and Bridget has a baby boy. And you may be surprised at who the father is -- and isn't. Catch up with Bridget here.

I'm sorry I read these newer columns... what a disappointment. Talk about throwing away all of the character development done in the novels.
