You just know this will eventually hit the Minnesota State Fair: Frosting shots. In fact, I'm trying to think if there is a cupcake booth at the Fair...seems a natural, it's bad for you, compact, easy to make, serve, and eat.
Of course, Fair cupcakes would need to be deep-fried and on sticks.

Once in his bachelor days, my husband ate a tub of cake frosting FOR SUPPER. Compared to that, frosting shots seem quite reasonable.
