Are you reading Lindy West? She's best known for her film reviews in the Seattle Stranger (her acidic SATC2 review so rightly skewered that film that Roger Ebert said it was his favorite), but anything she writes, or Tweets, is fun.
I love her review of "Rec 2," and not just because the original "Rec" is sitting in its Netflix envelope waiting for me to watch it. Just check out this wonderful lead:
"The day that someone asks me to climb up through that raggedy hole in the ceiling and chase carnivorous babies through the ductwork of a zombie-infested apartment building will be a day of celebration indeed. Because it will be the DAY I RETIRE FROM THE BARCELONA SWAT TEAM."
