Duluth, MN is considering re-naming part of a street "Wisteria Lane."

Will Duluth council resort to "Desperate" measure?Duluth News TribuneThe Duluth City Council will vote tonight on a proposal to rename a portion of Denim Street and an extension of the street Wisteria Lane.
The name is from the ABC hit television series "Desperate Housewives."
But some residents and some councilors have said their opposed to renaming the street based on an item from popular culture.
The City Council meets at 7 p.m. tonight in Duluth City Hall.
