Rob sent me this great little Japanese film (audio/video, there's an ad first) that teaches toilet-training skills to kids.
Not sure which is the weirdest part: the cheerful little pee drops shooting down the pipes, the happy little pooplet swimming in the toilet, or the part at the end where it switches from an animated family of little tigers to a real Japanese kid grunting on the toilet. Oh, I am so not kidding.

Have you ever seen the book "Everybody Poops"? It's written by a Japanese author and is hilarious. My kids both loved it.
