I've seen fire and I've seen rain

Will this amazing LA Times photo win the Pulitzer Prize? It would be deserved, I think.

When I worked at the Strib, a photo that had won the Pulitzer for the paper back in the 1950s or 1960s hung on the wall near an area where I often worked. It showed a cop in full 1950s police uniform, complete with cap, standing in the street next to a sheeted body of a young child and an overturned red wagon. That sad image said it all.
