I say Faversham, it looks like the Americans have got themselves another bloody convoy

I had no idea there was a sequel to C.W. McCall's "Convoy," one in which the truck convoy plunges into the Atlantic Ocean and tours the world, with international stereotypes a-blazin'.

There's also a British version, titled "Convoy GB," credited to Laurie Lingo and the Dipsticks (actually a pair of BBC Radio One deejays).

Weirder yet: "Car Phone," a 1980 sendup by Sheeler and Sheeler.
