For those of us who are thousands of miles from a White Castle

This recipe looks so easy, and yet to right-on: White Castle sliders at home!

They look too thick. Just a little too much meat to be a real slider,Also putting the bun bottom on top and popping it in the overn for another minute instead of blotting the meat gives you the softer greasy bun feel of White Castle
