Do you know about the
Granny Fork? It kind of just looks like a fork that spouted a batch of extra tines, but Julia Child apparently loved it and the reviews rave about how it serves as a combination fork/spoon for cooks. And affordable enough to try.

I am the proud owner of a granny fork, and I still can't figure out how to use it.
I have a granny fork and am buying more for my sisters. I use it to scramble meat, it breaks up the meat evenly and I can lift the meat out of the skillet to drain easily. My favorite thing to use is for it to make gravy and sauces. It breaks up any lumps from the flour and blends very well. I like it better than any whisk I ever tried.
