Weird State Fair food

It's no surprise to any Minnesotan that two of the foods in this Weirdest State Fair Foods slideshow -- fried pig ears and spam curds -- are from our state fair.

Stuff I'd eat: Spaghetti and meatballs on a stick. Rice Krispie Treats on a stick. Fried Jellybeans.
Things I have tried: Alligator on a Stick.
Things that actually sound OK in the description, just not in the title or calorie count: Fried Butter. Fried Dough Road Kill. Pork Parfait.

Stuff I want to forget exists: Deep-Fried Scorpion. Emu Tacos and Ostrich Quesadillas. Spam Curds. Deep-Fried Pig Ears. Sauteed Mealworms.

Spam curds are actually pretty good. Salty, but good.
