Kim Reed commented on watching "Behind the Camera: The Unauthorized Story of Diff'rent Strokes," and I wrote to her to commiserate, because I also watched that totally hilarious and crappy guilty pleasure.
I really want to know if Willis (OK, Todd Bridges) really did get stopped every single day for a YEAR by the cops just for pansy racial profiling reasons, as he says in an interview during the show. Because if he did, wouldn't we have heard about it before now? I mean, not that LA cops aren't racist, but every day for a year? Wouldn't you like, get a new car or take a different route or something?
I was also completely freaked out when they went from Really Bad Actor Versions of Gary Coleman and Todd Bridges visiting Obviously Fake Grave of Dana Plato, to Really Ugly Real Versions of Gary Coleman and Todd Bridges visiting Obviously Fake Grave of Dana Plato. They could have at least cut to her real grave!
Also, how scary were Fake Conrad Bain and Fake Charlotte Rae? I bet they could have gotten the real actors to play themselves. Come on, what exactly is Mrs. Garrett doing these days? She didn't even do commentary on the "Facts of Life" DVDs! (Um, I just had to go to IMDB to make sure she's not dead. She's not dead! Whew!)

Oh my God: I guess I'm the FOURTH person who ended up watching the whole entire thing. I feel...better. I think!
I'm puzzled by Bridges's traffic altercations too--did the cops just sit at the end of his driveway every morning, turn the sirens on all BWWEEEEOOOOP whenever he pulled out?
