I actually saw this in a cheesy commercial, but it was that rare cheesy commercial that advertises what seems to be a useful product.
Clever Clasp: (Warning: Page has super-annoying audio.) It's a magnetic clasp you put on your own jewelry, and then when you go to hook it, you just get the ends close together and they magnetically reach out for each other and hook. Genius!

It is a cool product, but it's also one you can easily make for yourself. Actually, you can make 4 sets with materials you can find at your craft store for less than $10.
