When Rob and Sue and I were in Japan, we ate okonomiyaki at a cool little alley restaurant in Hiroshima. It's a pancake-like meal where you pick the fillings and they make it in front of you, and there's a special sauce that goes with it.
Jbox, the ultimate Japanese product site, now sells a okonomiyaki candy kit, which I think is fascinating. Very cool! We're going to get back to Japan one of these days, with Miss Kelly in tow.
